AJW is raising capital to open its first venue on Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade.
The start of one connected district —
The North End.
The concepts are built. The spaces are opening up across the corridor.
We're looking for the right partners.
The North End of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade is the most underutilised hospitality corridor in Los Angeles. High footfall. Low competition. Changing ownership.
Twelve venues, fully concepted and pre-positioned for the corridor - ready to slot into the right spaces as they open.
It starts with one venue - the first close opens the first three, and the full slate follows as the spaces do. Individual concept positions are available.

Health-forward by day, cocktail-driven by night. Two locations in motion: the flagship at Wilshire, and a pop-up proving the concept first.

Where wellness meets nightlife: functional cocktails built on adaptogens and nootropics, on the district's tallest rooftop.

Underground cocktail lounge and nightlife venue. A serious cocktail program around a world-class sound system, below street level.

Boutique bowling, cocktails and games across two stories: lanes and dining below, pool, shuffleboard and karaoke above.

Mexican soul, Mediterranean restraint. An open showcase kitchen under soaring ceilings, right on the Promenade.

Tokyo, by way of Santa Monica. Developed with Michelin-starred chef Hiroo Nagahara (Bar Charlie, The Chairman). Izakaya dining over a listening-room night.

Santa Monica Coffee Club - specialty coffee by day, cocktail window by night. A compact street kiosk fronting a rooftop members' club above, and the club is where the revenue lives.

Hospitality is an art form, and the school is the district's talent pipeline: train the bartenders, staff the venues.

A wellness den: sauna, ice plunge, sound therapy, connected to the gym next door. Hospitality that restores.

All-day café. Brand and site already live. Flexible placement, in or beyond the district.

A members club above the Promenade: a full skylit second story at the gateway to the North End.

An intimate members club above the Promenade — a full second floor, with the concept and brand still taking shape.
Brand, menus, playbook, financials: every concept on this page ships complete. Here are four of them, opened up - Cause & Cure, MOOD, Pancho's Magnolia and Toki - Opium. Use the arrows to move between them.
Why AJW
Every brand, website, menu, playbook, app and back-of-house system on this page was built in-house - founder-led, on an AI-native operating stack, at a fraction of what it costs a traditional group.
Around it, a bench is forming: Michelin-starred chefs, multiple design teams and senior operations leaders from major hospitality groups are already in the conversation.
Lean isn't a constraint. It's the operating edge.
The concepts are built. The systems are built.
The raise is now open.
It starts with one venue. AJW is raising ~$2M to open the first - a ready concept on the North End of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade, with its site being secured now. That's the whole ask today: fund one venue, open it, and let it prove the model.
From there it steps up - as each venue proves out, not all at once.
Each venue is funded as its lease is signed. The full slate is where this goes - not where it starts. Individual concept positions are available.
