Rebuild.
Once the problem is clear, the work becomes specific. Concept, positioning, team structure, programming, and operational systems are rebuilt where needed - and left alone where they're not.
Operate.
A venue only proves itself in operation. Where the structure allows, AJW stays involved - running the room, setting the standard, and holding performance over time.
